Benefits

With the Ramparts with Flanking Towers present, the attackers must have more regiments to conquer a city: 700 attackers for cities with fences, compared to 350 attackers for cities without.

The presence of Ramparts with Flanking Towers allows to get four (4) allied regiments in the city instead of two (2).

The ramparts lift the default garrison of the city to 200 men (instead of 100 previously).
